OK, after seeing this for 2 years I have to ask. What is that camo? Is it a glitch? A mod? Or what? Loads of people have it nowadays.

No idea what you mean. just paste the url of a picture.
It’s just a pure white, instead of the blueish one we have in the armory, the same white that Elites Rangers and Ultras use in campaign.
Through gametype settings, this white is available, none of these colors are available in the armory.
As A MostHeroic BK said above, it’s so called “ultra-white” and it is modded.
Go search it from youtube, you’ll find plenty of tutorials. (don’t know why you would bother to do it thought)
