Since when does a week start on a Tuesday? To me that just sounds like a dodgy way of saying it’s going to release on the Sunday or Monday coming up. I hope for the sake of all our sanity that it comes sooner though.
I think it means during the week where the 15th day of the month happens, the update will release.
