The way I think H5 MM should be setup

Games Halo 5: Guardians

This is my idea to give everyone what they want in Halo. It gives plenty of variety & doesn’t spread the community to thin so that u will still be able to find games quickly. It’s something for the competitive players & something for the casual players looking to get on & play a couple games & have a good time. SO HERE U GO!!!

**ARENA: Ranked games

FFA- Slayer with a few objective games every now & then

2v2- With Slayer & objective games mixed together

4v4 Slayer- Just Slayer

4v4 Objective- A mixture of all objective types ie: Extraction, Bomb (One bomb, Multi Bomb & Nutural Bomb), CTF (One flag, Nutural Flag, Multi Flag), Odd Ball, & Strong Hold (IDK if Extraction still exists).

4v4 Breakout- Leave as is.

4v4 MLG Pro- Heavy Objective with Slayer mixed in.

4v4 Swat- Even mix of objective & slayer

8v8 BTB- Heavy with Objective like: Bomb (One bomb, Multi Bomb & Nutural Bomb), CTF (One flag, Nutural Flag, Multi Flag), Odd Ball, & Strong Hold. With an OCCASIONAL slayer game thrown in!

Warzone- Both Types as is.

**Social: For the casual gamer & a place to learn how to play without the pressure of winning every game

FFA- Primarily Slayer with some different objective gamtypes to change things up and make it a little exciting.

4v4 Slayer- Just team slayer (For the new guys that want to play with there friends that are really good but without the pressure of messing up their friends Diamond rating & no pressure.)

4v4 Objective- A mixture of all 4v4 games ie: Girf ball, Odd Ball, CTF’s, Bomb, Fiesta, Mongoose races, & whatever experimental PL you can come up with.

8v8 BTB- All BTB game types even experimental game types to give players a taste of something different to see if they like it.

Too many playlists. Simple is better.
I think it’s fine as it currently is but if there’s an outcry for Social playlists I’ll put down how it should be:

Remove Swat and place in Weekend playlists or in a Social Slayer list

Team Arena - similar to how it is but maybe some adjustments how eSports will be

Social Arena - similar to Team Arena but no “visible” rank, maybe more variety

Slayer - fine as is but maybe some adjustments

Social Slayer - similar to Slayer but no “visible” rank with maybe Swat and maybe more weapon-specific variations

Breakout - fine as is but maybe adjustments if needed

FFA - maybe add some weapon-specific variations like BR-only or Magnum-only, etc

Big Team Battle - similar to Team Arena, but lack of BR/DMR’s could cause some issue so maybe change starting weapon

If Infection or Grifball are wanted, add as Weekend playlists or in the Social playlist already there ( maybe Social FFA is needed too)

My listing will keep it simple enough to support the wants of the community while not causing issues with finding players.

I had all the different types of PL to try to make as many plater attracted to H5 as possible & with all these PL there is something for everyone!!! But I do agree that you can’t have too many PL b/c that will split the community but I think that will become a bigger issue when the game gets oldER. But I don’t think it would be a issue since the game is still NEw & fresh.
