The Warzone Maps as Standalone Maps

So a while back I set up a lobby “Infection on Skirmish at Darkstar” and I’ve been wondering ever since. "Will the base Warzone maps (without the base’s shields, Ai, no need for the Warzone Mode) ever come to custom games? So what would be the problem allowing this to happen? Maybe also bump up the Player count in custom games (that be yoinking cool if that was done.)

I never did understand the reasoning behind not including WZ maps into custom games or forge. I twould add to more variety and more community creation if implemented. It is doubtful that it will ever be included due to the focus on Halo 6.

Perhaps 343 thought that the WZ maps were just too large? There are some rather large maps for WZ.

I did too. But I have a theory that they wanted to keep those maps only available for their MT-fueled game mode. If they allowed players to use those maps for customs, then no one would play Warzone in matchmaking which in turn would lead to fewer REQs used and potentially purchased with real money.

My Solution is that this is just the base map (removing WZ/Firefight assets from the map) so people could (possibly play forge), play Slayer, Infection without having players respawn in a base with a sheild that locks them in said base.
