I have FINALLY gotten all my Warden kills, and let me tell you; It was a YOINKING BEAST. In the final 10 kills I had to resort to carefully pacing my shots or using “The Answer” whenever possible.
Because of how difficult that was, I’m going to make it a bit easier for my future teammates:

I pledge that under most circumstances I will let my teammates finish off a Warden, so that they may too get their commendation complete. I hope others with the completed commendation do the same, for it is our duty as the bigger men to show mercy upon our grinding brethren!

Thanks for not stealing my kills!

For real though, isn’t the kill awarded to everyone who does damage for the last 10% health or so? My thinking was if you got the “Legendary Takedown” or “Mythic Takedown” it counted for the boss kill and the warden kill.

No, the kill is only awarded to the guy who got the very last damaging shot. Kinda sucks and can be frustrating.

I finished my commendation a while ago. I still try to get the kill shot. Don’t judge me.

If only my teammates knew the warden pledge…

If i kill him so what if you needed it
If you kill him well good

So as long as he dies and we win the round thats all that matters otherwise we just wasted a lot of req.

I don’t get why it goes to the person who got the last shot, especially when it gives the medal to several people. The commendation should be based on that medal.
