Can you please fix the 4 votes vs 4 votes system. It sucks so much when the top choice is always picked. How much do you people get paid? How long have you worked on halo? Surely its common sense to actually have a 50/50 vote on maps that have equal votes? Surely you would think that if people wanted both so badly have some kind of coin toss? Please sort it out.

No one even cares about this? How its 4 votes for your map and 4 votes for the other, and yours never gets picked because its not on top? Really?

You do realize that Bungie made Reach and 343i made one title update to adress more important things. This is a problem but, might not be fixed in the future.

I agree, it needs to be changed. Its ridiculous how many people vote for ARs, and never pick up a DMR or use the Pistol. If its a tie, vote again.

What I meant to say is: It’s designed to be that way and it’s fine that way. Think of those extra two voting options as visible veto options.

Just get rid of the voting system, give us something random. Halo 2’s system seemed to work better, I think there’s less emotion involved when it ain’t the person on your team or the opposing team screwing you out of something you might like. Aside from that the voting system promotes people voting for the same map or gametype over and over. I can’t tell you how many times of played hemmorrage in Big Team Slayer its disgusting, and thats compiled with the fact that even when I get a different map, its still on the same map! lol

My philosophy on voting:

  1. Find the map you most want to play.

  2. Vote for that map.

And most importantly,

  1. If the map you don’t want was picked, accept reality and do the best you can with what you get.

No point in getting annoyed at how this works. If you like, just imagine it’s random. Ta-da!
