I apologise if there are other threads similar to this, but last week I watched all of the finals and games, from Friday to Sunday, and I even redeemed many of the packs which were available for a limited time on screen. However, I was mainly interested the the VoW pack received for watching the finals. My mixer account was and still is linked to my Microsoft account, however, after seeing many other people receiving their packs throughout the week and me not receiving mine days after everyone else, I’m pretty sure something must have happened. What can I do about this? Did I waste my weekend last week all for nothing?

Our only shot is that godforsaken login pack window. If I don’t get it then, the Mixpot support team should be expecting me…
