Tried buying it several times, but it just kicks me out of the buying process every time. It has been like this since it first showed up. Anyone else having this issue?
Also once you have it how do you select the different voices? Does a new menu show up? Thanks!
It did the same thing to me, so I just went on the Xbox store and bought it from there.

Once you bought and downloaded it. Then you go to your unopened packs page and open it. After that when you bring up the customization section of the menu, look under Spartan ID and there is a voice option.
