So I’ve been playing halo 3 and wanting recon so I’ve been doing vidmasters and I have 2 and I just now realized you can’t get recon anymore so the vidmasters are useless and before I end this I hope 343 brings back recon in halo 3 that’s all I gotta say and good bye

It’s not 343’s fault that earning Recon required you to be connected to Bungie.net or something related, which was retired. When 343 took over, they made waves that gave players Recon. If you’ve failed those waves, then you’re out of luck. Recon is currently impossible to attain. And I mean IMPOSSIBLE.
As noted above Recon is no longer available and 343 no longer have the tech required unlock it for anyone. If you didn’t get it before 2014, it is now no longer possible to it by any means.
