Did you know, there are those amongst us who would shatter our hopes of peace, order, and security. These radical malcontents don’t care about you, they don’t care about Halo 4! All they care about is fulfilling their own selfish desires. Let’s take a tally of these agitators, shall we?
There are of course, the Campers. Those anarchistic ruffians who roam the wastes, preying on any and all, stealing, murdering.
The so called “This game is CoD people”. Don’t be fooled by their misleading words, nonsense or supposed connections to the United States Army. These power armored Boy Scouts are nothing more than common Haters with access to some antiquated Armor Lock technology. Complainers, who have had the audacity to claim this game’s most important military installation, Mulitplayer, as their own personal club house.
And don’t be fooled America, those who have left the “This game is CoD people”, branded Trolls, are just as dangerous. Even more so, being in exile. And what about the Complainers of Paradise Falls? The frighteningly irradiated Jackals of Underworld. And last but not least, the hideously mutated Brutes, that have completely overrun the entire downtown Campaign area. Lawlessness, terror, deaths. They’re all around us, I know, I know. But not for long, sweet America. Not for long. Oh, no. The Enclave will restore peace, order, and prosperity, to this great Game. And those who oppose us will be ignored, forever.
Puts on Armor Powered Flamesuit.
Oh dear, you’ve got to be kidding me.
Edit:
One Enclave, One America.
Now and forever!

That turned into a good speech at the end. I shall do what ever you command.
The funny part is that the Enclave are the bad guys.

Uhm say that again?
The Enclave were actually really trying to restore the Capital Wasteland.
Okay sure, they kidnapped the Lone Wanderer and killed his father, but the results in the end if the Enclave would’ve survived would’ve been better.
All the Brotherhood of Steel does is killing Super Mutants and doesn’t care at all about fresh and clean water for the people.
Not to mention it was the Enclave who got Project Purity all up and running again, or did you really think that replacing some fuses did the trick?

Except if you side with the Enclave a massive population of the wasteland die from having radiation poisoning and the only people left are the Enclave. Not to mention all of the other shady practices the Enclave have.
Then you have the fact that the Brotherhood distributes clean water while being at a loss themselves by not charging at all for it and doing all of the work. What got the project working was the G.E.C.K. that they stole from the player, not them tinkering with it. If they hadn’t killed the player’s father, he would have got it running instead.
