The UNSC vehicles need tweaking

Hear me out. The Warthog needs less driver prot and more turret armor to balance it. The mantis should be much more offensively threatening given its weak armor. Gooses need better handling if you want it to be as good as the ghost, and stop the scorpion buttplay. Iknow you all crafted a beautifully refined and balanced shooter, but its a vehicle, like a power weapon it should have map presence. It should take teamwork to eliminate these threats instead of some camper chilling at the garage.

The base vehicles are weak, so 343 could make room to make the Warzone variants seem more powerful. That’s why the UNSC vehicles can be easily destroyed by 3 people shooting them at the same time with DMRs.

An ONI Scorpion can still have buttplay, ONI Wartogs get no extra gunner protection, and armor does nothing for Mantises. Thats why they should be hyper offensive.

Yah, the Mantis is WAY too easily destroyed from the videos I have seen. The machine gun, while effective, is slow enough that a Spartan can take a few dozen hits and quickly dash to cover. The Mantis is likewise slow to escape the nimble Spartans and gets taken down quickly.

Similarly, the tanks are much slower than the Spartans. But a tank also shoulndnt be out far enough to to get surrounded, it’s quite effective as ranged artillery. Having a Spartan buddy hang in the back helps when on the move.
