Have you been having trouble with some achievements lately? Well, you’ve come to the right place, because over the next couple of weeks, I will be adding two achievement guides each day until there are no achievements left. I will be starting with two achievements,they will be written in green text, those achievements(with the guide) are:
That Just Happened-10G
Description - Complete the level “The Library” on Heroic difficulty or higher without dying.
Now, this is arguably the most difficult achievement to earn on this game, but there is a fairly easy solution to this. As you play through the level, save and quit at each checkpoint (or elevator). If you happen to have an accident which concludes to you getting killed (damn flood), quickly turn off your Xbox, you can also press the guide button and then turning your console off just in case you were too slow. Then, turn on your Xbox and resume where you left off (where you last saved). Since you’re not hitting revert to last save it does not register that you died and allows you to get the achievement. I’ve tested it on my friend’s account and it does work. This technique can also be used to earn the “He’s unstoppable” achievement, which requires you to complete a level on Heroic or Legendary without taking any health damage. At the final run in the mission you may find it difficult to get there without getting pounded by the flood. So, an alternative to reach the destination is to turn to the left, as you are facing the objective, then walk up to the edge and look to your right. You will see a barrier-like thing blocking your way from crossing the bridge. Just jump over it and you can then cross the bridge to your left, thus completing the mission. The achievement unlocks after the cutscene by the way.

Description - Complete the Warthog ride on the level “The Maw” without being forcibly ejected from your vehicle.
This achievement is much easier than the previous, and requires a lot less time, too. Put the difficulty to Easy and start the mission, get to the bit where you start the Warthog ride. The best advice I can give you for this achievement is to not flip over, and to lower the risk of doing that is to simply not go for any ramps, just stay on flat ground. However, when you reach the big jump near to the end, you may have difficulty in landing. The best way to avoid flipping over at this point is to drive at full speed, and look up as high as you can, when you’re in the air, stop accelerating, if you carry on accelerating your Warthog will tip over when you land. Also, in the final bit where all you have to do is drive to the ship, get out of your vehicle and walk to the ship. If you drive to the very end, you will be forcibly ejected from your vehicle, and thus the achievement won’t unlock.

Speed Reader-25G
Description: Complete the level “The Library” on Legendary difficulty in 30 minutes or less.
This one can be considered difficult, but there are a few ways to make your time quicker. Here is a few shortcuts: Right at the beginning, walk to the very first section where you encounter the flood, walk to the corner on the rightl; there should be a spore carrier there. Jump past it and stay in the corner after you’ve got it’s attention. Right before it explodes, do a crouch jump. You should then be on a ledge. Walk to the opposite side of the ledge and then fall back into the room, pass the rest of the flood and go to the second room where the very first door is opened. If completed successfully, no flood should spawn. The second shortcut is where you’ve reached the second floor and you’re in the middle (big hole in the centre followed by pillar-like structures surrounding it). When you open the door leading to the area, go straight forward. To the edge. Then, turn to your right. There should be pillar-like structures, jump over each one of them until there are no more, walk to the door, and wait until it opens, you won’t have to fight any flood. There is also another one on the second floor, but there are 4 flood combat forms there, but is still quicker than the original route. One the final run, the quickest way is to do as I mentioned in the “That Just Happened” guide.
Remember: You’re time only adds up after each successful checkpoint, so for example: I spend 2 hours doing the mission, reason being I died too much, so I kept having to replay the checkpoint. Only the checkpoint where you didn’t get killed adds to the 30 minute time limit.
