The unlock system is the root cause of the AFK plague , prove me wrong

Let’s face it , as it is there is no fix for people the increaing amount of people who either AFK the entire match or make minimum strafe to stay in the match for points. the unlock system is the root cause of this problem and unless there was a attempt to overhaul the system. You’re going to see this crap in Infinite as well, don’t kid yourself.

Even Reach’s unlock system didn’t lead to this rampant of AFKers and people who just give up because they’re down 1 flag cap

No there were AFKers before the progression system. The progression system definitely doesn’t help, but the in-game report button certainly does. AFKing doesn’t even net you very much XP outside of challenges, and you are more likely to get win based challenges if you contribute toward your team.
