It looks just fine, for the most part… except for the section that’s the same color as the primary, seen here. I don’t like complaining, especially about something so insignificant, but… it’s ugly. It shouldn’t be there. At the very least, there should be some armor pieces that turns it black. There probably isn’t, and now that the game’s gone gold, it may not be added… but it would’ve been a good idea. Anyone agree?
I totally agree. Look at MC, Palmer and the recruits in campaign, they all have an all black under suit. I was hoping some chests let you keep it black. We’ll see I guess.

Yeah, I did notice this. It makes the whole design harder to read, because now I can’t tell where the armour ends and the undersuit begins, the way you could with Halo 3 and Reach.
I like it. Adds more color on the spartan.

In the new RvB Video sarge has all red, but griff has a black skin. So i think we can choose it
It is a cool scene, though. I like it when the helmet turns on, and he sees all the other spartans across the ship. The UNSC sure didn’t take a break after the Covie war. Lab coats kept busy, building giant ships and shiny armor, more advanced than ever before!
I think it would’ve been better if we got to choose the color of the undersuit instead of it being the primary color that way the people who wanted to keep it black (myself included) could.

I hope so, because sarge looked nasty in that video, the colors are way to vibrant for a halo game, it looks like a cartoon…

Not certain but I am pretty sure that the Camo skin for Hazop turns the colored part of the undersuit a very very dark version of your primary, essentially turning it brownish black to match the rest of your suit.
but dont quote me on that. Just an observation from an old pic.

That was a older build of the game. Hence the “cartoon” look.
