The ultimate deal with Forge

Look here and look how much content Halo 5 is going to have. Forge releasing in December is being made a bigger deal then it needs to be. This is the biggest Halo to date, if I might add that’s had the most content on launch. 343 is giving you plenty to do. Forge was never even though of until Halo 3, and then the map editor became a default feature of Halo, however Forge is something of an addon for Halo, it doesn’t make up Halo’s core experience which is what 343 wants to deliver to players this time. No Halo 5 is not launching half-baked. You want Split-Screen, but you still want to play in 1080P right? Split-Screen was sacrificed so you could play on 1080P and experience Halo in its fullest. No BTB releasing is because of Warzone, its new to Halo not to mention, its an actual funner version of BTB in my opinion. Forge has every right to be delayed to pack in the full experience 343 wants to deliver. You call Halo 5 a half baked game because you believe every bit of what every bandwagon hater Youtuber says about Halo 5, when yet 343 shot them down at every point with all the videos they’ve released for Halo 5 showing just what experience Halo 5 is going to be.

Thought I’d throw this out there.

Also if you want to look at it from Greenskulls perspective, which I completely agree with then look here

You’re so right. If people want this game October 27th then things need to be delayed in order to be perfected. We don’t want another launch like MCC. Besides, most people including me) wouldn’t have touched forge until a while later.

Games have changed so much in just the past 5 years. Release dates are made so early in production for increasingly more complicated games that the release dates should be consider more of a prediction. The quicker gamers accept this the quicker we’ll get more consistently functioning games at launch. Some features may need to be added later on, but that only requires a bit of patience and understanding–something the gaming community needs more of.

Bottom line: All I expect at launch is my $60 worth. If that means delays then so be it. I’ll wait for quality.

Let me say that straight. I don’t find and see that Halo 5 is halfbaked. It offers so much, that i think/find it feels like an complete Game, even if Forge etc relaesed a bit after.
But, and that critique i don’t let fly away, to not add Splitscreen is still a bad decision. People can talk that down how much they want, its still a “missing” feature!
IF they wanted do, the could’ve added as an complete optional Feature, where people for themself can decide if they want to play with 30 FPS/900p in Story or Local-Multiplayer! That doesn’t change and never will. But whats the problem anyway if a game have some negativ points to. No Game, not even one, is PERFECT. So if the good things outweight them, then that isn’t that big deal to be butthurt over it. ← and what i want to say with that - to flame counlessly about that in forums etc. If People need that Feature that much, then its upon them to do not buy it. Simply as that. I for myself decided, that what we get with Halo 5 outweight the Splitscreen for me, so i can live with that. I still have Halo TMCC which is an great packages. Battlefront will get a Splitscreen Firefight mode etc. So yeah…

ITS GONNA BE GOOD!!!
