We all have memories of what a great night of Custom Games feels like. The adrenaline, the trash talk, and the randomness that only conversing with your buddies could bring about. I know for a fact that I had several great nights spent in Halo 3 and Reach where my friends and some randoms would just cycle through maps over and over. The crazy thing was that we never got bored, ever. I vividly remember playing Jenga on Halo 3 because I always ended up being randomly selected to be the zombie, but I didn’t care. Another time that I clearly remember is playing match after match of Speed Halo, and I always loved seeing how out-of-control I could get my Warthog to be. The point is that I could quote thousands of times where my friends and I were having an absolute blast, and I still have a special place in my heart for those memories. I know Custom Games still persist throughout the community to this day, and for that I am glad; however, I believe we’ll see an even bigger influx in game nights after Infection is released. This influx is what a lot of people have been waiting for, and the resurgence of Custom Games is on our doorstep. I. Am. Hyped.
