I’m with Sierra Company. Sierra is technically UNSC, and the lord explanation behind the group is that we are a group of SIV’s, but we are not organized like most other UNSC groups. There is an extensive Basic Training to get in, with about a 15% pass rate.

Doing well. We have decided to cap at 50 members, and at that point we’ll limit recruit efforts and make Basic quite a bit harder. Keep in mind the pass rate is already ~15%. Currently we have 25 members, and get from 8 to 14 members at each event.
