I seriousily didnt give a crap about the TU, but then my favorite playlist, Classic Slayer, was removed. Why Is CS gone?!? Like seriousily, Im not saying the TU is dumb, Im saying that removing the only playlist I find fun is dumb… And dont say its a new gametype called team slayer!!! I want the H3 type, Not the HR classic!!! and saying “Buy H3 then” Nobody plays it anymore, No new maps and every1 has changed to Reach or Black Ops, Meaning now I must go and buy Cooking Mama or something better than the new reach. “Out with the Old, In with the New” But sometimes, The Old is just that much better.

There’d probably be around 18 people in classic once the beta hoppers went online. Besides, you should be happy you’re getting real classic in a month and a half. In the mean time, you can play Cooking Mama, I heard it was pretty good.
Anniversary is coming, which will implement classic elements better than the Classic Playlist did. Besides, the population of it was consistently very low.

Depressingly too true, my only reason for still playing it is to get Inheritor rank, well after that I’m going back to Halo 3.

Yeah, just over one month and there will be a fully dedicated classic playlist with retail remakes.
OP, you should visit the forge section of this site to get in on the weekly classic customs with the community. Usually a great turnout of players. The custom lobbies thrive more than the playlist b/c of more map variety. There are also new settings that use no bloom and 85% bloom is being worked on.
Reach classic playlist was meh to bad. TU Classic Playlist will be much better. No bloom, no AAs, old movement speed and jump-height (I hope)… just Halo.
Thats not true, already seen people spamming Jets, etc… Really wish they would get rid of them.
The Battlefield 3 Beta is fun enough.
As above posters said, it will come back; the playlist really didn’t have enough people in it to justify keeping it.

anyway of course the playlist will come back at some point but to be honest it does seem like the playlist is pretty much the same thing, the only problem is that we still have those stupid forge maps.

Battlefield Beta is better than most of the games out now so your opinion =/= fact.
If you know what battlefield is then you would know that the retail game will be unrivaled once its released.
If it has all the basic features and functionality of BC2(which at the very least it will) then it will be phenomenal.
Not everyone releases a super polished up BETA.
you DO realize that nearly 20k AT LEAST people play halo 3 at a time. Thats plenty.

the beta was glitchy. The game itself I am enjoying much more than halo reach ATM. Its a very nice break.
Apparently the Beta for BF3 is an old build. Most of the glitches you see have already been fixed.
classic slayer had like 100 people in it at a time. That’s why it was removed. No one liked it, so they axed it.

if that’s true then DICE is stupid. The point of a beta is for players to test the most current build of the game. Why would they have us test a version of the game that’s already obsolete? That completely defeats the purpose of a beta.
