The truth about Headmaster achievement. LASO that is

Based on the outcome, turning on all skulls for a level on Legendary makes the game very very very very impossible to complete. There are 100% no strategies on doing so. Nobody worldwide in this world EVER completed the campaign on Legendary with all skulls on. LASO is impossible and always has been. Not even one person ever completed with all skulls on. Who would think one is crazy to do that. There is no way to survive like that. Furthermore, a new patch will be released and it will no longer be possible to unlock Headmaster achievement as they say the patch will make the game impossible for that.

The .14% of players with the achievement “Headmaster” Would disagree with you.

This game is actually probably by far the easiest to complete with LASO. The bandanna skull allows for infinite ammo and infinite grenades, as well as spamable equipment. It’s most difficult in the very beginning before you have access to all the weapons, equipment, and grenades.

Get yourself the unique energy sword, and use the tank gun or a rocket launcher after they patch the tank gun. Just spam shock grenades and go to town with your rocket launcher.

The biggest key is to make sure you use your sword to kill one of the last enemies so your shield recharges. You need fully recharge shields to reach checkpoints.

I kind of think OP is being sarcastic, but not positive.

Yes, this is by far the easiest LASO. LASO is currently easier than Legendary if you use the exploits and it is about on par with H2 Normal.

I’m really hoping they add a LASO 2.0 challenge that adds back in the Iron Skull and removes the Bandana Skull. Obviously, it needs to come with a sick new cosmetic to show off in MP.

This was one of the easiest LASOs. Bandana Skull counts as well, so you get infinite ammo, infinite grenades, and zero ability cooldown.

bandana skull + sword + rockets + easily exploitable levels = win

or just spam a fully ranked up thrust pack and skip 90% of the game

I did it… so… ok then
Also… stop trolling the message board lol

Halo infinite is by far the easiest laso with or without the scorpion Canon, unlimited ammo and grenades.
Spam dynamo granades and carry a sword and say rockets etc for the whole game

Does anyone have tips to beat the Hunters on the Command Spire mission? Y’know the tiny room full of boxes, two Hunters, and using luck to win? I couldn’t beat them so my LASO is on hold.

Without cheezing infinite rockets, equipment, or the Scorpion Gun…

I think I grappled around the room a bunch to keep my distance, threw all the fusion coils, made good use of the limited Skewer ammo, and tried to keep them separated so I could focus on one at a time. If I remember correctly, there was plenty of Mangler ammo in the room, so I used that after expending all my nades and power weapons.

On my Legendary run, I killed both hunters with spammed Arc Grenades via the Bandana Skull on. Frankly those Arc grenades made Legendary easier than my first Normal run.

I just spammed granades, rockets and used the sword to rechage my shield

Halo Infinite is by far the easiest Halo to complete on LASO, even easier than the original Halo: CE LASO which didn’t include Iron and could easily be exploited with a second controller. You MAY have a hard time if you are not familiari with LASO tactics until you reach the first Rocket Launcher brute. As soon as you get your hands on a Rocket Launcher with bandanna enabled, it’s a piece of cake. Halo 2 and the final Halo: CE LASO challenges are way more harder, way way more.

Well, a patch was just released today for Halo Infinite and according to what I read, it’s now even harder to unlock the Headmaster achievement. But how?

The only campaign change I’ve heard of to date is removing the Scorpion gun which will make LASO harder but still not nearly as hard as in the other Halo titles. The M41 Spnkr and M41 Tracker with infinite ammo get the job done as well.

It’s worth noting that the Headmaster achievement won’t unlock since the Season 2 update was released. Apparently, the Devs are aware of the issue, but are yet to fix it. I think it’s something to do the the final mission, Silent Auditorium. It states you do not have the Bandana skull, even though you would have it on to do the LASO run.

With that, it maybe worth holding off doing the Headmaster achievement until 343i actually fix it.
