This would be the optimal system for Halo 4;
The Rank system would consist of 3 primary elements
i) EXP Investment System
> Just like Halo Reach, you gain exp for participating in matches, but this time with more emphasis on achievements in game and less about time played.
ii) True Skill
> Ranked playlsit, 1-50. Simple enough.
iii) Playlist EXP System
> Like in Halo 3, give a player 1 exp for winning a game and remove 1 for quitting. This is a simple system to promote winning.
