The Timmy Helmet

So, I am stumped on how to receive the Timmy helmet. I have 2 days and 5 hours of customs gameplay, over 2,000 kills, played over 300 custom games, have created several custom games, and on top of that have hosted and played several custom games in the customs browser with 6 of my friends and 10 randoms who joined. And yet, I still have not been given this helmet. Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas of the requirements for this helmet?
