doe’s anybody else feel that its to severe? I mean, you quit 3 games over the course of a day then you can’t quit a single game for a week!
I never hit any sort of temp ban in halo 3 for quiting but now with reach im hitting it all the time.
I think 343 should change it from only 3 games to somthing more like, 5 or 7 games, anybody else think thats more fair?
I’ve been quit banned a few times and those were when I really didn’t feel like playing but mates dragged me online only to land on dial-up hosts.
It is not a huge problem for myself but people who I played Halo 3 with don’t play Halo Reach because of it, I don’t mind if said friends lag out because I normally carry them anyway.
I generally only play a few games each session or else the accumulation of the Reach BS affect starts to make me rage and/or quit.

You never hit one in Halo 3 because there wasn’t one back then, the only punishment was losing Exp in that playlist which some people liked. It seems pretty fine for me in Reach. I quit games now and then and although the warning which basically says that I’m pushing my luck has come up a few times I’ve only hit the timeout ban once on a particularly bad day full of rage quits, bad luck and very, very poor decisions about where to use power weapons/wraith shots/grenades.

Which is obviously not working. Nobody cares about cR anymore.
I understand the ban, And think it’s perfectly fine.
What i do think they need to correct is classing a Boot for a betrayal as a quit from a game.
That frustrates me, Although this only happened to me once its still highly annoying.

Nothing changed, if you were banned for being booted, you were on probation, if it is a credit ban, you likely did something else.
If you’re frustrated with the quit ban, you can learn how to bypass it.

Jackpot or no Jackpot, if the connection in the game is crap then I am going to quit. 9/10 I quit due to a laggy Host. I would have thought 343 would of took off the ban system because it only loses players to the game
