I can’t stand this game anymore. Tried playing just now and everything just lagged, even with my new wired controller. Three out of the 4 games I played, teammates quit out on me. Probably because they’re using the free trial, they suffer no consequences of leaving games. If that’s the case the free trial should have had separate maps for these people, because they’re just screwing up everyone else’s games. But, this inconsistency in gameplay in multiplayer is the tipping point for me. The game is no fun anymore. It’s a grind, literally, to try to rank up. I make it to Platinum 5 and then suddenly, I’m losing 12 games in a row and slide back down to Platinum 2. REALLY?? It’s like 343 is deliberately preventing me from getting to Diamond and above. All the players I’ve seen on Youtube that are Diamond and Onyx are the ones that have been sucking up to 343 and Microsoft. So, it’s not farfetched to me to think that 343 is actively giving these players advantages in the games so they can keep ranking up, and giving players like me (who has the balls to complain about them) the disadvantage of lag, inconsistent gameplay, and easy deaths, so I stay down. I said before, I die with 2 shots, get shot through walls, get killed with one frag when I have full shields, get killed super-quick even when I have overshields, die from railgun blasts when I have already hit my thrust button way before they get the shot off, etc. With the whole railgun blast, it’s like it’s predetermined that I would die, because I mash my left bumper to thrust away and nothing happens. I’m frozen in place so that railgun blast gets me. The same goes for sniper rifles. I see the glint from the scope, and I thrust away, but nothing happens and I get killed. Also, when I’m getting shot at, I can’t sprint, BUT I SEE THE ENEMY KEEP ON SPRINTING WHEN I’M SHOOTING THEM!!! They want to screw around, I’m done. No more new Halo games, no more new Xboxes. I’m spending my money elsewhere.

So, go ahead and delete this, 343, because if you do, you’ll have proven me right.

OP is salty because he doesn’t have the skill to rank up. Sorry OP that is how CSR works… it’s based on performance. Not every one can reach max or even high rank. I want to be a champion level FFA player but odds are I won’t make it to that level. But I will keep trying. Also if you really want to rank up in the 4v4 playlist you need a regular team… playing with randoms is pretty much guaranteed you won’t make it to the higher levels.

Hey OP, what about taking a break for a little bit? Chill out with some other games and come back in a few weeks - sometime at the start of August when the ranks reset again. You might feel a bit differently then and find better focus and some better games.
