We are a clan with ranks based on skill and all leadership positions are obtained through elections. There are two positions in the highest tier called “Consuls”. Each consul is elected for one month by his fellow clanmates. The consul is a co-leader who’s actions represent that of the entire upper-echaelon(basically the better players) in the clan, so pick your candidate wisely. The other leadership position we have is that of the tribune. This position represents that of the lower echaelon of the clan members. There is only one tribune, not two, like the consuls; however the consul holds more power and not only that but if the clan wills it, they can become complete leaders like that of other clans.
Since we don’t operate by military ranks, we operate by skill ranks.(No, not a 1-50, but something similar.) The less skilled you are at the game the lower your rank will be, but the better you are the higher you’ll be. Here are the ranks as follows:
Tier II
-Recruit
-Footman
-Soldier
-Commander
Tier I
-Captain
Field Marshall
Hero
Mythic
Those are the ranks, and the government rules for the “Storm” half of our clan. The “Federation” part is a really cool thing I thought. By joining us you don’t necessarily have to leave your current clan, what we are is an entire body of clans to call on eachother in a time of need. Say that you are out of members needed to fill all positions in a clan battle, simply ask an ally in the federation of clans and voila! The federation serves other purposes too but that is an example.
