I’m about to unlock this I’m at rogue level 9 and it states that it makes your aim more steady.
For people that have unlocked it is it true? I would think it would be a pretty big advantage with this update now.

Yeah it’s useful if you like long range play. The other good choice is Awareness.
I use it on almost all my load outs! Gives you a good advantage, try using it with the carbine!

I am not sure if these are unlockable when you level up or you buy them but:
You have put two different “things” in two load outs where the equipment is otherwise the same.
Use the one where Promethean Vision users can’t see you through the wall, and the other one of your choice.
You use the “Promethean loadout” if someone on the other team uses Promethean vision, if not use the other one.
It’s really good in 1v1 battles, I use it in my primary loudout and it is indeed very good!
Stability is only useful when you use the LR. Other than that it’s a pointless spot-taker.
If you’re gonna use the lightrifle its almost a must have. The flinch on the LR is beyond stupid.
