Right! Sprint didn’t change anything except for that major change you just pointed out.
That is true it is pretty entertaining but removing sprint would get so many people mad. I do agree on how sprint would make halo halo again but think about how long it would take to walk across the war zone Battlefield. I know you could use mongooses to get across t I know you could use mongooses to get across the map but what happens when you run out of reqs

#1 The REQ system sucks, idk who made it happen #2 The Campaign was awful, there were obviously problems during development, but the whole “campaign got redone 6 months before launch” is no more than just a rumor, don’t ever use that in an argument.

It’s simple, they would make the maps smaller in H6, the only reason the Warzone maps are this big is because sprint is in the game, they don’t want players going from point A to point B in 20 seconds.

Adding sprint made so many people mad! How come we have to be the only mad ones? lol
As for your warzone argument, have you played a warzone match without sprinting? I have. Getting around is not as bad as you think. Yes, you’re at a disadvantage because everyone else is sprinting. But the time it takes to get around really isn’t bad.
As long as maps and campaign are designed with sprint in mind, its not going anywhere. And seeing as 343i have put there chips in with spartan abilities. Removal is doubtful my friend.
The problem is that the maps are stretched out. That gives us the need for longer ranged weapons. In halo 2 and 3, you were engaged fighting your enemy from 10 yards away. Now you just snipe people with a crappy battle rifle. I’m sorry, but that isn’t halo to me. People who prefer battle rifle play aren’t very good at any other aspect of the game.

Not really. Sprint increased player speed, not the gameplay speed. The original games were faster paced because it allowed for a more constant flow of action and player engagement.

Warzone maps are big for VEHICLES not just sprint.
I really like having sprint; All the things it allows you to do add a good element to the game. Though it may make the game a little less strategic, I still think it can be used well in a competitive capacity.

Sprint only helps getting to a base but not across the map and the maps are open area and you can get sniped.

I didn’t say the campaign was redone six months before launch I said a year before which is why the voice actor for Locke is different than the mocap actor. MS wanted 343 to have a bigger focus on MLG which is why it was so barebones at launch but that still doesn’t excuse them from withholding forge and other stuff.

> Yes. Recapping how stupid you are for telling someone they’re playing the game wrong by not sprinting when you’re trying to argue that sprint needs to go.
If you’re not sprinting you are playing the game wrong. The game is designed around sprint. That is the problem. That is why it needs to go.
What about this is confusing to you?
i would say sprint needs to be removed in certain game modes like swat because swat is a faster pace arena game and sprint makes it way too fast.
they also need classic game modes for those who don’t like the new sprint and the evade ability because it does get annoying some times

That’s an assumption. There is no feasible way to actually know what the actual majority thinks. The only thing we do know about the majority is that their opinions are unknown.
