If someone wants to say they feel like sprint is the reason for Halo’s decline, good for them, and this is the right place to do that. But they still shouldn’t go making definitive claims that it is. Like the original poster I responded to did.
And if people have different theories, they’ll bring them up. Maybe one day a huge magnum scope theory will pop up and gain traction.
So far though, this seems to be the one that has the most support and that doesn’t happen for no reason.
