> But you can sell the “same” product over and over again if you make slight improvements to it. There is a reason why CS, COD, BF, etc have been popular for so long. CS:GO is almost exactly like CS 1.6. There were some improvements, but the fundamentals of the game haven’t changed. Again why was COD so popular for 6+ years? Because the game hardly changed. You don’t want to release the exact same product over and over again, but you make a game with improvements and add somethings that positively add to the established experience.
