This is… Ugh.
When people think of Halo, most of them probably would not reflect positively about how they couldn’t sprint. Sprint is simply necessary to make the game reasonably realistic (giving players more options to work with) and doesn’t effect much more than the speed or flow of the game. To put it simply, it’s faster but I don’t think that’s really true due to the increased map size.
I would prefer to keep sprint in Halo.

I enjoy sprint to the point where if I went back to play an older game that didn’t give the option Id sit there and shove my analog stick down till it allowed sprint even thought it’d be impossible.

sorry man all these new kids have been playing halo with Sprint for awhile now and pretty soon all the old timers will be retired and done playing halo on a serious level anyhow! If you looked at the polls before halo 5 launched anti-sprint almost always won, the only reason pro sprint is winning now is because millions of people have left the franchise since reach

Here you see a prime example of pro sprint people having no idea how sprint acually affects gameplay and thinking being able to sprint away from gunfights is good, halo ce was easily the fastest paced game and had huge maps with no sprint.

Sprint you can’t defend your self at all. I think we should keep sprint and remove all guns keep ground pound, Spartan charge so when you run its fair…
Now me being serious I prefer no sprint even though I’m not a pro it required a little more strategy in the game. plus with no sprint it prevents people from running away and actually getting into combat more. Now it’s they take a shot they run like cowards.

Halo 2 has 15 missions and each of them are long and fun with good level designs, halo 3 had 10 missions that were slightly shorter but was still very fun with a good story, halo 5 has 15 missions, three of which you just walk around in, only 3 of which you play as chief in, bad level design, and a bad story. Halo 5 has hands down the worst campaign

If the only thing that needs to be done in Halo 5 to make it perfect in your eyes is the removal of sprint I say 343i make a playlist removing the ability, I know you aren’t the only one that believes this but I’d like to see how popular that “Sprintless” playlist becomes if it were ever brought into the matchmaking playlists.
