OP, watchu talkin’ bout?
Reach’s rocket launcher was the most powerful by far.

Halo CE with air lock only. At least that thing had a set rate of fire. The Reach RL takes no skill whatsoever to clear a room, with fast RoF and a huge blast radius.

Not when it comes to locking on to things, the Halo 2 rocket launcher has Reach’s beat by a mile. It could lock on to air and ground vehicles and once locked there wasn’t much you could do to keep your vehicle alive in a multiplayer game of H2
Just like everyone else said; air vehicle lock like Reach, however damage impact like Halo 3!
Reach. Most powerful.
lol SPNKR… its really close to spanker. spank that! anyway, i would like it to be like what enfinit said, but maybe the rockets should be more reactive to explosions and gravity hammer blasts
I would like halo 2s lock on ability with reachs damage.
You people saying Reach has the most powerful Rocket obviously never played Halo 1.
Buffed Reach aircraft lock + Halo 3 damage = Good Rocket Launcher
IMO
I don’t want anything from Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo 3, or Halo Reach I want Halo 4’s rocket.

That joke is so 18 years ago.

Whether or not I’d like to see a Reach-like air-only lock really depends on what Halo 4’s aircraft are like.
Reach version with a smaller blast radius.

We are spartans, not mechs.

> My personal choice would probably have to be the Halo Reach version of it, it wasn’t too overpowered and it could only lock onto aircraft. Unlike the Halo 2 version which would lock onto you and follow you behind a rock, through a cave and still kill you, now don’t jump through any hoops yet, I loved that version of it. I’m just asking which version does everyone else want for Halo 4?
HALO 2
reach rocket with the CEA sound.
Halo 2 lock on but only for air vehicles as to not make ground vehicles useless.
I wasn’t a fan of how inconsistent Reach’s Lock On was, especially against targets (regardless if you lead them you lose the signal at the slightest movement) and the fact that’s useless against flipping Banshees.
I’m not sure. I would prefer a Halo 3 version as long as there is a missile pod or something similar that has less damage and overall splash.
If there are no other good AA lock on weapons than I could live with the Reach version being lock on capable as long as all the air targets are reasonably nimble as the Falcon was pretty much a sitting duck unless it was shot perpendicular to theFalcon.
I prefer something like the missile pod because it is not just going to be a OHK and has little splash.
Halo Reach one, but maybe a changed lock on. It was pretty strong on air vehicles, but that’s pretty good I suppose.
Reach rockets where the best, although could have tracked a little better so the rockets don’t get embarrassed when they miss and come back for a do-over
