Since there hasn’t been a Halo game without it in some way, shape, or form what version of our favorite launcher do we want for Halo 4? The Halo 2, Halo Reach, or the Halo CE version?
My personal choice would probably have to be the Halo Reach version of it, it wasn’t too overpowered and it could only lock onto aircraft. Unlike the Halo 2 version which would lock onto you and follow you behind a rock, through a cave and still kill you, now don’t jump through any hoops yet, I loved that version of it. I’m just asking which version does everyone else want for Halo 4?
I would post a link to a video of what I want, but that video is against the rules.
I like the Reach one, but make it lock on better.
Any time I was flying the Falcon, or Banshee, I could so easily dodge rockets.
> I kinda agree op, but the reach locking is crap, make it like two’s for air vehicles.
Hmm that would be interesting, have the Reach version, but the H2 lock-on, maybe make the rocket fly a little better than the Reach one, but not as good as the H2 so pilots still have a small chance to dodge?
edit- By small I mean very very, maybe even lucky chance to dodge the rocket.
Halo CE with air lock only. At least that thing had a set rate of fire. The Reach RL takes no skill whatsoever to clear a room, with fast RoF and a huge blast radius.

Not when it comes to locking on to things, the Halo 2 rocket launcher has Reach’s beat by a mile. It could lock on to air and ground vehicles and once locked there wasn’t much you could do to keep your vehicle alive in a multiplayer game of H2
lol SPNKR… its really close to spanker. spank that! anyway, i would like it to be like what enfinit said, but maybe the rockets should be more reactive to explosions and gravity hammer blasts
