I guess I understand them getting rid of some armor customization and some of the other things they got rid of but I didn’t see any reason for them to get rid of such an iconic weapon in the series so happy it looks like they are going to bring it back

Agreed, same with the armor recharge sound. Changing those two things isn’t bad in and of itself but when the SPNKR looks cooler and the old recharge (and low shields) sounds sound better it’s a problem.

yes! New one looks cool but nothing beats the original.
The new one does not look ‘cool’. Everyone here, including 343i, knows that the new one sucks. It is not an opinion, it is fact that can be proved by science. Testing it out would require a sacrifice by all the people who like the new design.
