I never heard him say this. I only heard him say that the SoF would not be a part of Halo 4.

Seriously? Because it’s been confirmed she’s in Halo 4 by seeing Halo 4’s Script. another reason to not believe what Frankie says…
SoF better be in Halo 4! at least when you’re first inside of Requiem and you see dozens of crashed ships, and one UNSC ship could have the name “rit of Fire” with “Spi” cut off. that’d be nice.
I must have gotten confused then because I am sure I heard someone at a panel asking if the people trapped in the forerunner’s dysonsphere (he named Halsey) would feature in halo 4 and Frankie responded with a “no”

I believe he was referring more specifically to blue team.
At least, I HOPE he was only referring to blue team. If we can’t have them then we damn well better have Halsey. Luckily the recent scripts seem to support the idea of Halsey in the campaign.
And I would LOVE if season 2 of spartan ops was about blue team. Them being in a main halo game is long long overdue. They’re more important to the chief than even cortana is, IMO.

Not really, Think about it the Sof was travelling back from (God only knows) Requiem could very well be in their path
