Requiem is not the same Dyson Sphere as the one in Ghosts of onyx and Glasslands (I dont think) but the chief will meet the other Spartans at some point in halo 4 cos he will be crossing paths with the UNSC infinity.

The S-IVs are not on Requiem, but the UNSC Infinity will arrive sometime after the Chief does.

Read Glasslands. The Spartan IIIs were on Onyx. The planet Master Chief is landing on is Requiem. Their completely different planets.
