No, you don’t get banned for playing too much Spartan Ops, if anything you would be rewarded because it has almost zero replay value.
I can’t tell if that title and beginning are a joke.
German I take it. The answer is No. You’re meant to play it as much as you want. Just 343 has a EXP cap and that resets around 2am. Have fun.
