Jayce Diaz announced this on his twitter feed earlier. Its chapter 2. On solo legendary, make sure you are using a loadout with a jetpack. From your starting point, sprint across to the UNSC weapons cache, avoiding the ghost ( I found letting off a couple of EMP bursts from a P.P worked well to halt the ghost for a moment or 2 ). Then jetpack onto the tallest weapons container. From there, jetpack onto the forerunner ‘roofed structure’ in the middle. finally, jetpack onto the big platform on the left of the entire base ( there is a shade turret on the edge, its the platform on the side furthest from your start point.) Now make your way along the side of the wall. You will notice up ahead of you the 2nd console which you have to activate later on as per a mission objective. Continue past it, and carry on up the ramp. Just before you turn the corner, stop.On the left, up high, near the ceiling and fixed to the wall, is a loudspeaker ( you know, the kind you see at funfairs, carnivals etc ). Shoot it a few times, and it will blow up. Now, kill the remaining covies as usual, then continue to the doors on the ground floor. The difference being, the grunts inside will be dancing, and the Sangheili that are usually found guarding the first terminal on the floor above will not be there.

Not that I or anyone else in Section 3 has noticed, Havent really looked for them either, we only decided to find this one because @Jayce_Face was posting hints about a secret easteregg
If there’s another speaker, it’s gonna be a heck of a lot harder to find. Finding a human speaker in a forerunner base wasn’t too bad … finding the same speaker on a human ship full of similar looking items is gonna be a lot harder
I hope they’re not done with just the one we found tonight. I’m sure there will be more. Now we need dancing elites and knights! Lol
I’d love to see them do an easter egg based on the legendary ‘knights of the round table’. lol
