The Spartan Laser, too long to charge up?

I’m not much of a MP “genius” when it comes to balancing, but I think the charge no the laser may take just a bit too long.
When I’m around 1 to .5 of a second of hitting a vehicle, its usually already driven away, especially the ghost and warthog.

Does anyone else agree? It seems a bit hard to use at times seeing how long the charge takes.

You want to get in the habit of pre charging the lazer and you can aim while charging.

It takes a little longer but I don’t care. It turns everything in to dust.
