The Spammability of the Sidekick is Not Conducive to a Proper Tactical Experience

“turned off by default on mnk.” Um. Hello?

The mouse magnetism you’re talking about and bullet magnetism are the same thing.

Yeah, which is correct. The “mouse magnetism” option is now not available. Which means the same option that used to be there is now turned off by default.

Again, that is no where near me saying what you accused me of saying/said.

No it means the option to turn it off is not available anymore.

It doesn’t mean it’s not on. It it wasn’t, you wouldn’t be receiving any aim assist at all on mouse.

The option is not there, the said option was pretty close 1 to 1 from the same bullet mag controller received. They since then ditched the option and toned the bullet mag down by default.

Like I said, I’m pretty sure they collected data from the beta and found that KBM was pointless with turning the mag off, and was too strong with the mag on since it was the same or closer to the way controller acted. So instead, they toned it down and got rid of that option and it’s now default.

You still have 1 to 1.

It defiantly is not. Analyze other videos on YouTube and you can see for yourself. There’s only a hand full of KBM users that still play this game and stream/upload their games to YouTube but there’s plenty of controller players/pro that still do. I pointed out a few videos from Lucid that his shots were totally off yet he still got the kill. Like the one snipe he did in stronghold where the red hit maker was way to the right of the enemy but yet he got the kill. Dustin where he was testing the negative aim assist with the S7 on KBM and clearly shot the bot in the body but yet no hit was registered for him. Plenty of other clips you’re more than welcome to analyze for yourself.

Not to forget the clip from Doc with controller with the Skewer. He shot to the right of the enemy and the enemy jumped to the left, total opposite direction yet he got the kill. These types of things do not happen with KBM, the main reason people feel like KBM doesn’t feel right.

Ah yes. Bloom and spamming. Where have I seen this before? Oh right reach. Sucks in general, not using for swat.

Because Halo isn’t as popular on PC. The majority of the playerbase plays on xbox. And even then, hardly anyone uses MnK because of how much effort it requires to remain consistent.

That’s a bug on mouse and keyboard. No sensible dev would do that on purpose. Plus this only affects the sniper. Other weapons are fine. Like the shock rifle.

That’s not because of aim assist. That’s most likely because of lag. BTB was offline for how many months? Servers are in no way stable enough to play on, let alone use for aa analysis. That’s why everyone does these tests offline or on a local server.

Ok, keep telling yourself that.

Just think about it. All of these issues are hapoening where? Online.

It’s totally plausible to attribute some of them to desync/lag. It doesn’t help that the server tick is 60hz.

Plus, do you really think infinite truly got mnk down pat after the MCC debacle? This is literally their second try.

They still don’t even have a dedicated fullscreen mode yet.

He literally says in the video “I think bullet magnetism is exactly the same”, then turns off mouse magnetism, which is just mouse aim assist, and says that bullet magnetism is still there while proving it by shooting the dummy again.

You’re talking nonsense and you actively just proved yourself wrong.

Bullet magnetism and aim assist are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS

Firstly, what the hell is a mouse doing with any sort of stickiness? That’s not how it performed when I turned it on.

That’s not only a disastrous setting, but completely unnecessary because mice have a much wider range of control than a controller does.

That’s the aimbot right there. No wonder it got taken out.

I think quite a few weapons need a look at. As much as I enjoy the AR, sidekick and BR gameplay. If you’re going to have mostly small 4v4 games you want to find that diversity in the Weapons. Right now most are being left alone.
