ok when you are playing split screen it’s 30p and 900fps,but when playing by your self you get full 60p 1080fps.
Like if you think this is good solution

presuming you meant 900p and 30 fps (you can edit the post)…
the game is built on 60fps. You cannot just lower the frame rate quickly, especially when the game is still in development. Hit reception might brake, animation’s would certainly fail, and texture glitches would be everywhere. 343 probably has a priority of removing or avoiding all bugs when considering the last release. Releasing a game with no Campaign splitscreen gives better reviews than disappointing people with splitscreen that doesn’t even work.
I know what you’re trying to say, op, but I don’t think it’s as easy a thing to do as what you think it is, otherwise 343 would surely do it.

They should just lower the resolution like they did with H2A. Splitscreen only allowed in campaign @900p would be fine for me.
