-The SOLUTION to ALL Halo Problems-

Custom. Games. Browser.

There is really not one issue that can’t be resolved with this. The only reason we see the problems as problems is because we essentially have only one way to play, Matchmaking, so with a Custom Games Browser there would literally be no problems to complain about, so long as you bring back some sort of ranking system for Matchmaking as well.

> Want to play gametypes suited around the “classic” Halo feel? No problem. Want to play gametypes suited around the “different” Halo feel? No problem. You want it, you got it. That’s the bottom line. There is not a single negative to having a custom game and anything you may think would be a problem, wouldn’t be.

All of the common problems people have been complaining about throughout the years can easily be fixed if we had a Custom Games Browser because people can find what THEY want to play. Custom Games as it stands is too annoying to find people and always have people online to play with, so it’s about time we get what was originally promised to us before Halo 3 came around.

Let’s face it, people get tired and annoyed because Matchmaking is just what it is. You get exactly what you see… Giving people more options to play what they want is the standard games need to go these days.

Matchmaking alone was a perfect way to introduce console gaming to the online scene, but searchable custom games is the future.

Hey, I’ve been thinking about setting up a Custom Games session every weekend for all players on my friends list to play in and try out the different options and tweaks I can think up.

^Good luck with that with how it is now ;]

Actually it’s an archaic feature that every Xbox Live game had before Halo 2 was released.

That said, it would great to have alongside matchmaking. People have wanted this since Halo 2 came long. Why it hasn’t been in a Halo game after Halo 2 mystifies me.

I never said it was a “futuristic” feature… I said it’s the way of the FUTURE which is true.

Future Halo games absolutely NEED this feature because of the extensive custom game options we have…

Ahaha! Very well twisted.

But don’t get me wrong, I support this.
