Multiplayer. Split Screen. Customs. Forge.

These are all terms that are what make Halo a one of a kind gaming experience that no other franchise has ever been able to replicate.

From Halo: CE to Halo 4 these core gaming features have been improved.

These days however, these core gaming experiences have been skewed:

Split Screen: It’s gone. Why? No one actually knows, but the reasons we have gotten were utter excuses. You would think they would just shelf it for the future like they did for forge to make it ready so it would work. I guess not cause that would actually make sense.

Forge: Forge is not just for the hardcore cartographers of the Halo community. Some of us just like to chill and mess around. Maybe it’s just me, but damn these controls are annoying as hell when you just want to casually play around in the map. The Halo 4 controls were just fine. Why change it? Sure it’s great for the master builders, but it’s annoying for the casuals. That being said, where are all the other weapons and vehicles from Warzone?

Customs: I don’t have much t say about this, except that y’all forgot to give us infinite ammo, and bottomless magazines. Other than that, my only complaint is the UI for the lobby. I praised the simplicity of the lobby menus for all the halo games. Reach and 4 were the least simple, but 5 takes it to a whole new level. I’ll use an analogy. From CE-Reach it was like changing between PC and MAC. Getting use to 4 and 5 is like going from iPhone to Android. your milage may vary.

These are very simple grievances that should be fixed for future releases, and maybe even get updated for the current game.

Yea I rather have spiltscreen than 60fps persecond
