I like all of the other announcements, but that one… It’s a bit disconcerting. 343 did say that the victory animations were meant to be funny, though, so this might be an extension of that.

Sounds fine to me, it actually sounds like he is surprised and awestruck, which i think is a good touch for legendary medals.
