The 343 skins you get for matching certain 343 employees are only granted on official play dates which are usually announced ahead of time on various outlets. You won’t get it if you randomly match a 343 employee during any other time.

343 Industries hosts their “Social Stream” on Wednesday’s. Most of the time they’re playing and will reward players with a special weapon skin if they are lucky enough to get matched up with them during the stream. The only other thing I can think of is being featured in the Halo Community Spotlight. Snickerdoodle puts that together and shes the host of the Social Stream as well.
