If you take away one thing from this beta 343i, please, PLEASE take away this: In both the MCC and Halo 5 beta, the party system is not good. It’s workable in the MCC now but still far from perfect, and in Halo 5 is a total mess with me and a friend having to restart the application on average of about 4 times before matchmaking slowly works.
I know it’s a beta but after Halo: The MCC this inefficiency with the party system is worrying to say the least and disconcerting to boot.
So please, for the love of god guys, put some time into the damn party system, it worked seamlessly (by comparison at least) in halo 2, 3, Reach, and 4, why is it SO messed up in the MCC and Halo 5?
If halo 5 launches a year from now with the same issues concerning playing with friends I swear I won’t be purchasing it UNTIL such problems are fixed, no more preorders, no more day one purchases, besides the MCC I’ve been burned far too many times as it is in this scenario.
