The Shredder.
This could be a Banished Brute Heavy Weapon that has 400 small spikes in the gun. The reticle of this weapon could be fairly large yet very horizontal. This is a close range weapon. To fire the Shredder, you must charge it up. As you charge the weapon, the controller should vibrate and the weapon should visbly glow. If you do not fully charge the Shredder, it should cool down right to the beginning so you have to start charging all over again. When this fires, it quickly fires out 100 small spikes that decimates anything apart from Warthog and above size vehicles in its path. When fired, it must cool down. When this heavy weapon is dropped, it should cool down.

just sounds like an OP shotgun… Not interesting/unique enough to bother with.
