Try a hard reset. Either press and hold the button on the front of the console until it shuts down completely or unplug it for a couple minutes. For future reference you can check server status here.
I already did that and nothing, did they block my account?

How do you check 343 servers though?
Right now I can’t get on I keep getting booted back to the main menus with no message.
