The Screenshot Community Is Coming Back

Ever since the addition of the File Browser on Halo Waypoint, I definitely feel that the more artistic side of Halo is coming back and with a vengeance! Take a gander at the top screenshots and they remind me of the good old days on Halo 3 when so many amazing screenshot artists showed their skills.

This was just something that made me smile and have some good feelings towards Halo 4. I know the Waypoint browser was long overdue, but I think they did a good job with it and am very, very happy that these great screenshot artists once again have a place to showcase their exquisite work.

I haven’t really looked at it much yet, are there still those weird anime girls made of guns pictures?

No sir! Took a few days to weed them out, but now all the less perverted and more awesome ones are rising up!

Hah wow you’re right, there’s actually a whole bunch of awesome pictures on there.

This is so much better than what the Reach file browser was, where it just alternated between female spartan butt shots and weird -Yoink!- made out of guns.

I totally agree! I found the browser to be quite user friendly as well. I do wish that you could download files straight to your Xbox 360 instead of to your file share, but that’s an incredibly minor issue. I’m just very, very happy that we now have a place to browse files online, which is SO much more efficient then through the in-game file browser.
