Don’t get me wrong, the ScatterShot is awesome! The only thing I think could be improved for the ScatterShot is the shooting sound. To me it doesn’t really live up to the true power of the Forerunner Weapon. It doesn’t sound bad, but it could sound a lot more powerful like the Shotgun (which is pretty much what it is). I know the sound isn’t final, but does anyone else agree with me that the shooting sound could sound better, while still keeping that Forerunner vibe to it?
I see where you’re coming from, it needs more OOMPH. Maybe an echo added to the sound? Or more Bass? Yeah it needs more Bass and needs to be deeper.

YES. Adding more bass would definitely sound better! And I will remember that for future polls.

He should have just put the options “Yes, the sound should be changed to add more oomph” and “No, the sound is fine the way it is”. I don’t get why people add a ton of silly options to polls, since it doesn’t give a proper representation of what people think, and a lot of people will just pick the silly ones for fun.

This. This exactly. I’ve been trying to put into words what the Scattershot sounds like to me, and this is it.
The scattershot looks incredibly dull like forge world’s colour palette. It would look much better if parts of the gun were floating (while held), with orange accents to compliment (that don’t only show up when shot).

Adding more “hmph” or more “bang” to it, makes it too much like weapons we know about. You have to understand that this weapon is NOTHING like weapons Humans have ever encountered (Nowaday humans at least). So I think it should sound weird.
Think about it. Who are we to say that every gun ever made in all of time, and throughout the entire galaxy has to have a big beastly sound to it, for it to be dangerous?

I see what you mean, this does make sense. Do you think this will end up being the final sound, or will they change it?
