The Scarlet medic bundle is priced appropriately

Three armor pieces and an armor coating for five dollars. That’s fair. Not a great deal, but fair. I hope future offers run with this value.

i agree. personally i’d price that at $3.50
but it gets complicated.
I as a member of the community want a clean Armour Hall
and as such, really appreciate that

we got 2 free shoulders, 2 visors, 2 chestplates, 4 stances and 2 Ai this first SEASON GRIND
with an additional WINTER CONTINGENCY PACK
and campaign.

that level of variety is wonderful and Clean.
in addition you can pay the $15 for what I assume is a lifetime BattlePass.
and easily triple the content.

which is cool.

so…
i do think that they are trying to minimalize how many people have SNOWBIRD WASp and NOBLE WARTHOGS
i think thats the goal.
i also think that if a COLOUR array takes up little to no harddrive space, they should probably make it dirt cheap, like 50 cents per coating
and go full bore. HOWEVER COLOUR ARRAYS MAy be poorly programmed and eat tons of space, that you wouldn’t expect. making them forth MORE, NOT BECUASE THEY ARE, but because we don’t want that burden laid on the community in such an Overwhelming fashion****.

i’m not going to price armour. but i am actually angry about warthog adaptations, and feel these extra vectors are going to rapidly make me more and more frustrated with the games lagging, because I can see Causality…

I agree with this sentiment, but i feel like 343 should still have given just a tad bit more as base unlocks (as in, stuff that you dont need to grind at all for), if for nothing else but the sake of diversity. Like, at the bare minimum, four of each armor piece (helmet, chest, shoulders, etc.), so that in theory, everyone that is shown in your squad could all have differing armor pieces and not just look like the same dollar-store version of Palmer that we currently do for free. Then you could grind for the free battlepass stuff while still being able to customize a bit. Then the battle pass and store might be a little less criticized.

I feel like the biggest issue isnt that 343 is monetizing the armor; it’s that 343 is monetizing the armor while also giving pretty much nothing to the people who can’t/won’t pay for the armors.

All that being said, i agree with OP. The $5 price is a good way to operate the store.
