Notice that the Covenant Empire was birthed from a conflict and a belief? Well the time for a Human-Sangheili empire has come, there belief is peace and they try to mend the 30 year long conflict of the Human-Covenant War.
Empire? No thanks. I’m more inclined for a republic (still only a preference). And it shouldn’t be Humans/Elites, it should be all species who are willing to live in peace. But yes I like the idea of their belief being peace, and trying to restore it to the galixy. There’s only two things stopping this from happening: Jul’s covenant and ONI. And any other hostile enterties, like the Didact or Flood.
